M. To add loads over a region by corner pressures
To add trapezoidally varying pressure loads over a region, use the following procedure.
These loads are assigned to nodes which form
either a triangular or quadrilateral region.
This method of loading is particularly useful when you know the pressure magnitudes at region vertices, all of which can be different (i.e, trapezoidally varying pressure loads). The resulting loads used for analysis are applied as joint loads based on the given pressure and tributary areas of the region for each node.

Select either:
Three Noded Facet - pressure spread to three nodes
or
Four Noded Facet - pressure spread to four nodes
- For each node, type the Node No. and Pressure (in the current units displayed) into the table.
